Your membership is valid at our New York and Virginia Beach locations.
You can schedule your treatment when you purchase the membership online or in the office.
After three failed payment attempts, your membership will be automatically canceled, and you will lose all benefits. No refunds will be issued.

Membership discounts apply only to specified services and cannot be transferred or applied to past purchases.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. However, membership purchases do not qualify for financing.
Yes, you can pause your membership after the first three installments. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Membership Pause: Your Name,” including your email address and desired pause duration. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing.
